Getting involved is easy and fun. . .  The Professional Photographers of Southwest Florida would like to welcome you to our guild. 

Membership Details are as follows:

Dues are $75.00 Per Year  Our dues year begins October 1st, and a deduction of $10.00 per year is permitted for Either PPA and/or FPP members, and $20.00 for both.
Dues for new members are pro-rated as follows:

October trough December - no reduction
January through March 25% reduction
April through June - 50% reduction
July through August 75% reduction
September through October - no reduction

Attendance fee is $12.00 per meeting for members, $12.00 for spouses, $15.00 for guests.  The attendance fee is in addition to annual  dues.

members who prefer not to pay on per-meeting basis may prepay their attendance fees based on $80.00 per year (Our Annual Picnic and Crhistmas/Award Dinner are billed separately.)  There are no rebates, credits or refunds for missed meetings under the prepayment plan.

Upon receipt by the Newsletter Editor, or Treasurer of a properly completed application together with supporting documentation as described in the membership application form, the member's name shall be published in the PPSWF Newsletter, The Aperture, in accordance with the organization's by-laws, and if no valid objection to membership is raised to the board by a  member in good standing, the board of directors shall accept the membership application at the next regularly scheduled board meeting. 

Dues may be submitted with your application or may be paid upon acceptance and notification.

The PPSWF newsletter is e-mailed to members at the end of the month prior to the next meeting.  A valid e-mail is very important tu ensure the receipt of your newsletter.  Please promptly advise the newsletter editor of any change in e-mail address.

Meetings are normally held the Third Tuesday of each month except for our annual picnic and our annual Christmas Party/Awards dinner.  Meetings are rescheduled to avoid conflicts with our speakers, our meeting room reservations and/or FPP/PPA conventions and all meeting schedules are announced in The Aperture.
